Qualifications

• Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician program.
• A current state veterinary technician license in good standing.
• Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology and laboratory procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care including administering treatments and monitoring anesthesia.
• Perform lab work and diagnostic procedures.
• Mentor and support medical staff to maintain efficient workflows.
• Educate clients about treatments and review medical records with pet owners.
• Contribute to a positive, high-standard hospital culture.
