Qualifications
- Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician program.
- A current state veterinary technician license in good standing.
- Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology, and lab procedures.
- Calm and efficient in fast-paced situations.
- Strong communication and collaborative work.
- One year of veterinary industry experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care including administering treatments, monitoring anesthesia, and lab work.
- Lead and mentor medical team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Partner with clients, educate on treatments, review records, answer questions.
- Support positive culture through training and feedback.
