Job summary

FOX News Channel is seeking a Senior Manager, Creator Partnerships to own client relationships across a portfolio of creators and drive revenue growth. You will coordinate with RSV internal teams, identify monetization opportunities, and guide creators with platform insights to achieve measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creator partnerships, talent/creator management, digital media, content networks, or platform partnerships.
• Proven ability to manage high-touch creator relationships and drive alignment across stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of YouTube and podcast ecosystems and the growth levers that impact performance.
• Comfort with performance data and insights; ability to extract takeaways for creators.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional workstreams and keeping projects moving.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of creators.
• Function as the day-to-day liaison between creators and RSV’s internal teams.
• Partner with clients to identify and develop monetization opportunities and bring concepts to market.
• Develop content ideas for original podcasts and share cross-portfolio insights.
• Gather creator goals and feedback and translate into actionable next steps.
• Socialize RSV recommendations and drive adoption with structured plans.
• Coordinate execution across internal teams to ensure deliverables and publishing needs are met.
• Run regular partner business reviews and track progress against action plans.
• Identify risks and opportunities and escalate as needed to keep partners on track.
• Coordinate distribution with platform teams to support performance improvements.
• Support monetization initiatives and sponsor/ad opportunities.
