Job summary

Growthub Agency in the United States is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across our creative roles. This hands-on seat requires a track record of sourcing hard-to-find creative talent and closing offers against competing bids.

You will raise how the team hires and contribute to strategic systems. You will build and standardize recruiting SOPs, implement Breezy HR, and systematize Juicebox sourcing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with at least 3 years at a recruitment agency or search firm.
• Proven record of hitting placement or revenue targets on a desk.
• Strong direct sourcing skills and experience recruiting for creative roles.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruitment end to end: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and close.
• Source passive talent directly through LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, creator communities, and referrals, and manage pipelines in Breezy HR.
• Hire across creative roles and build warm talent pools for repeat searches.
• Own candidate experience with fast feedback and clear communication.
• Set up Breezy HR to match the process and train the team on SOPs.
