You will standardize scorecards and interview guides and report weekly on pipeline health, conversion, and time-to-fill across LATAM, UK, US and offshore markets using AI sourcing tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, agency or search firm background.
• Proven track record of meeting targets and closing creative talent.
• Experience hiring across LATAM, UK, US and offshore markets using AI sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end recruitment and manage pipelines in Breezy HR.
• Build warm talent pools and standardize scorecards and interview guides.
