Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Manager of Creative Strategy to drive a data-informed growth engine across paid social channels. You will turn customer insights and performance data into scalable creative concepts, leading a multidisciplinary pod of editors, producers, and studio teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in creative strategy, deep platform expertise, and a strong track record of high-performing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences while staying within healthcare

Qualifications

Strong portfolio of performance creative that won at scale on paid social.
5+ years in creative strategy, content strategy, or performance creative; leadership experience.
Deep expertise on Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other performance channels.
Strong data fluency; able to identify actionable patterns and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

Own the creative strategy for Hers across performance channels, reflecting the brand and driving measurable results.
Develop creative hypotheses, concepts, scripts, and briefs from data and insights.
Lead a multidisciplinary creative pod; collaborate with editors, producers, and studio teams to produce high-quality work.
Create fast feedback loops to continuously improve performance across Creative, Growth, and Media Buying.
Partner with Product, Clinical, Legal, and Brand teams to align with products and regulatory requirements.
