New Engen, Inc. through its in-house Donut Studios is seeking a Creative Strategy Lead to craft performance-driven creative for major brands. You will steer strategy across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and display, guiding concept development and messaging for target audiences.

You will collaborate with media, manage launch pipelines, and brief internal teams to deliver high-quality output aligned with brand goals. This role supports a distributed, remote team across the country.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of paid social creative strategy experience, preferably in an agency or in-house at a DTC brand.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance-driven creative strategy for brands across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and display.
• Lead client strategy as in-house creative strategist for assigned accounts.
• Translate audience insights into actionable creative direction for internal teams.
• Collaborate with media to review campaign performance and refine creative strategies.
• Manage creative launch pipelines with internal and external partners.
• Lead creative briefing and project management using tools like Asana and Slack.
• Ensure output aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals; drive quality and efficiency across teams.
