Job summary

New Engen, a digital marketing agency, is seeking a senior creative strategist for Donut Studios in New York. You will develop performance-driven creative strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and display, grounded in performance insights and audience resonance.

You’ll lead client strategy meetings, translate insights into actionable directions for internal teams, and collaborate with media to optimize campaign results.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of paid social creative strategy experience in a digital marketing context.
• Proven ability to lead client strategy and improve creative performance.
• Deep understanding of Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop Performance-Driven Creative Strategy for multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, display).
• Serve as the Creative Strategy Lead for Clients in meetings and guided recommendations.
• Turn Audience Insights into actionable creative direction for internal teams.
• Partner with Media to review campaign performance and refine strategies.
• Manage Creative Launch Pipelines with media partners to keep campaigns on schedule.
• Lead Creative Briefing and Project Management using tools like Asana/Slack.
• Ensure Quality and Brand Alignment before launch.
• Strengthen Cross-Functional Collaboration across creative, media, and client teams.
