New Engen is seeking a Creative Strategy Lead in Los Angeles to drive creative and messaging strategies for various digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in paid social creative strategy and a proven track record of improving client creativity and performance.

Responsibilities include analyzing audience insights, managing creative teams, and collaborating with media partners to optimize campaign performance.
