New Engen, Inc. is seeking a Creative Strategy Lead for Donut Studios to craft performance-driven concepts across social and video platforms.

You’ll partner with media and internal teams to transform insights into compelling campaigns and oversee briefs and launches with an emphasis on results. In this remote-friendly, full-time role, you’ll guide clients, lead cross-functional teams, and uphold brand guidelines while accelerating creative testing and optimization across Meta, TikTok, YouTube,

Qualifications

• 4+ years in paid social creative strategy.
• Experience leading client strategy and improving performance.
• Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance-driven creative strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and display.
• Lead in-house creative strategy for assigned client accounts.
• Translate audience insights into actionable creative direction for internal teams.
• Collaborate with media to review campaign performance and optimize creative.
• Manage creative launch pipelines with timely delivery and clear dependencies.
• Lead creative briefing and project management using Asana and Slack.
• Ensure brand alignment and quality across all deliverables.
