The Creative Producer will lead production workstreams from concept through delivery, combining traditional production methods with AI-enabled approaches. They will collaborate with Creative leadership, manage budgets, timelines, and partners, and stay ahead of cutting-edge AI production techniques to deliver exceptional work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant creative production experience.
• Experience producing across multiple formats and surfaces (film, digital, social, experiential, immersive).
• Fluency with AI-assisted production tools and workflows (generative/assistive techniques).
• Familiar with core AI/ML concepts and judging when to use AI-driven approaches.
• Knowledge of the end-to-end production process and feasibility assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead production workstreams from concept through final delivery.
• Stay at the forefront of evolving production techniques across formats.
• Partner with Creative leadership to assess feasibility and production approaches.
• Research and operationalize AI production techniques and tools.
• Identify and manage agency/production partners for assigned workstreams.
• Manage production timelines, budgets, workflows, and dependencies.
• Ensure high-quality execution while balancing constraints and creativity.
