You’ll lead production from concept through delivery, blending traditional methods with AI-enabled approaches while maintaining craft and creative integrity.

You will partner with Creative leadership, agencies, and production partners, driving feasibility, timelines, budgets, and resourcing to deliver high-impact work at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in creative production with a strong portfolio.
• Experience across film, digital, social, experiential, immersive formats.
• Fluent with AI-assisted production tools and workflows.
• Familiar with AI/ML concepts and model evaluation.
• Strong judgement balancing creative ambition with production reality.
• Proven ability to lead complex production end-to-end.
