Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant creative production experience (portfolio of exceptional, highly crafted work).
• Experience producing across multiple formats: film, digital, social, experiential, immersive, and emerging channels.
• Day-to-day fluency with AI-assisted production tools and workflows, including generative/assistive techniques and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with core AI/ML concepts and judgment on when to use AI-driven vs traditional production methods.
• Deep knowledge of the creative production process and ability to tailor approaches to idea, audience, and channel.
• Track record of leading complex production workstreams from concept through delivery with high craft.
• Strong creative judgment to ensure production serves the idea over technology.
• Experience partnering with creative teams, agencies, production companies, and other partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead production workstreams from concept through final delivery, translating ambitious ideas into expertly crafted work.
• Stay at the forefront of evolving production techniques and recommend approaches across formats.
• Partner with Creative leadership to assess feasibility, shape production approaches, and protect the creative idea.
• Research and operationalize AI production techniques and share practical opportunities with the team.
• Identify and manage agency/production partners for assigned workstreams to build collaboration.
• Manage production timelines, budgets, workflows, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
• Champion executional quality, balancing ambition, craft, resources, and constraints.
