Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant creative production experience.
• Demonstrated experience producing across formats and surfaces.
• Day-to-day fluency with AI-assisted production tools and workflows.
• Familiarity with core AI/ML concepts and when to use AI-driven vs traditional methods.
• Deep knowledge of the creative production process and decision-making.
• Track record of leading complex production workstreams from concept to delivery.
• Strong creative judgment and ability to advocate for ideas.
• Experience partnering with creative teams, agencies, and production partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead production workstreams from concept through final delivery across formats.
• Stay at the forefront of evolving production techniques for ideas across film, digital, social, experiential, immersive, and emerging formats.
• Partner with Creative leadership to assess feasibility, shape production approaches, and protect the integrity of the idea.
• Research, experiment with, and operationalize cutting-edge AI production techniques and tools, sharing what’s possible with the team.
• Identify, engage, and manage agency and production partners for assigned workstreams.
• Manage production timelines, project budgets, workflows, dependencies, and communication.
• Champion exceptional executional quality, balancing creative ambition with practicality.
