• 10+ years of relevant creative production experience with a portfolio of exceptional, highly crafted work.
• Experience producing across film, digital, social, experiential, immersive and emerging channels.
• Fluency with modern AI-assisted production tools and workflows, including prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead production workstreams from concept through final delivery, translating ambitious ideas into crafted work.
• Stay at the forefront of evolving production techniques and recommend approaches across formats.
• Partner with Creative leadership to assess feasibility and shape production approaches.
• Research and operationalize AI production techniques, sharing insights with the team.
• Identify, engage, and manage agency and production partners for workstreams.
• Manage production timelines, budgets, workflows, dependencies, and communications.
