You’ll lead production from concept through delivery, coordinating creative teams and external partners to ensure craft remains at the forefront.

You’ll bring 10+ years of experience, fluency with AI-assisted production, and strong judgment to balance creativity with feasibility in a fast-paced, regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant creative production experience with a portfolio of exceptional, highly crafted work.
• Experience producing across formats: film, digital, social, experiential, immersive.
• Day-to-day fluency with modern AI-assisted production tools and workflows.
• Practical familiarity with core AI/ML concepts and judgment on when to rely on AI.
• Knowledge of the creative production process and ability to balance ambition with practicality.

Responsibilities

• Lead production workstreams from concept through final delivery, translating ambitious ideas into crafted work.
• Stay at the forefront of evolving production techniques and recommend approaches across formats.
• Partner with Creative leadership to assess feasibility, shape production approaches, and manage partners.
• Research and operationalize cutting-edge AI production techniques and share insights with the team.
• Identify, engage, and manage agency and production partners for assigned workstreams.
• Manage production timelines, budgets, workflows, and communication across stakeholders.
• Ensure high-quality execution while balancing resources and constraints.
