Job summary

Circle is seeking a Creative Producer to lead production from concept through delivery, blending traditional methods with AI-enabled approaches across film, digital, social, and immersive formats. You will collaborate with leadership and partners to determine the best production path, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure exceptional craft at every stage.

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant creative production experience with a portfolio of exceptional work.
Experience producing across film, digital, social, experiential, immersive formats.
Fluency with AI-assisted production tools and workflows, prompt engineering, and model-based decision making.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and when to rely on AI vs traditional methods.
Ability to lead complex production workstreams end-to-end with high craft standards.
Experience partnering with creative teams, agencies, and production partners.

Responsibilities

Lead production workstreams from concept to final delivery.
Assess feasibility and shape production approaches with leadership.
Experiment with AI production techniques and share insights with the team.
Identify and manage agency/production partners for assigned workstreams.
Manage timelines, budgets, workflows, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
Maintain high-quality execution while balancing creativity and resources.
