Square is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to independently lead creative and content strategy for a defined growth portfolio within Demand Generation. You will own initiatives from audience insight and strategic planning through development, launch, experimentation, and optimization across paid and unpaid experiences.

You will translate business priorities, audience insights, product messaging, and performance data into programs that drive consideration, acquisition, and conversion,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creative strategy, performance marketing or related field.
• Ability to translate business priorities into creative and content programs.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows and self-serve tools.

Responsibilities

• Own creative and content strategy for an assigned growth portfolio across paid and unpaid channels.
• Build messaging frameworks and hierarchies for multiple funnel stages.
• Identify unmet audience needs and test hypotheses with clear recommendations.
• Co-develop quarterly tactical plans and own the testing roadmap.
• Lead new creative and content development from insight to launch.
• Own performance reviews with analytics partners and translate results into actions.
• Synthesize learnings across experiments to inform future strategies.
• Scale winning messages across paid and unpaid channels and update landing pages accordingly.
• Develop AI-enabled templates and workflows to improve speed and scale.
• Connect creative decisions to business outcomes and communicate with stakeholders.
