Job summary

Block is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to independently lead creative and content strategy for a defined growth portfolio within Demand Generation. You’ll own initiatives from audience insight and strategic planning through development, launch, experimentation, and optimization across paid and unpaid experiences.

This senior individual contributor role combines marketing, creative strategy, content development, and experimentation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in creative strategy and growth marketing.
• Strong AI fluency and ability to apply AI in creative workflows.
• Excellent cross-functional influencing and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own creative and content strategy for an assigned growth portfolio, connecting business objectives, audience needs, product value propositions, and channel behavior across mid- and lower-funnel experiences.
• Build audience-specific and audience-agnostic messaging frameworks and hierarchies for paid and unpaid channels and landing pages.
• Identify unmet audience needs and opportunities for experimentation; develop hypotheses and recommendations on what to build or test next.
• Co-develop quarterly tactical plans; own the testing roadmap with defined hypotheses and success measures.
• Lead net-new creative and content development from insight through launch; write briefs and coordinate partners.
• Own performance reviews with analytics partners; distinguish creative signals from media effects and recommend next actions.
