Responsibilities

• Lead design development for training and communications across eLearning, instructor-led content, job aids, digital signage, SharePoint, and field-facing channels.
• Create, refine, and elevate visual assets that align with brand guidelines and accessibility practices.
• Translate briefs and system changes into clear creative that improves comprehension and adoption.
• Collaborate with Learning and Development partners to develop integrated creative solutions.
• Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers and project partners.
• Present design rationale to stakeholders and suggest accessible enhancements.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure visual alignment with objectives and adoption goals.
• Contribute to improvement of design processes, templates, and brand standards.
