Job summary

You will translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions and contribute to capability roadmaps. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, document designs, and mentor junior engineers while supporting production deployments and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise business systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, deploy, optimize, monitor, and improve business systems and apps.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.
• Contribute to roadmaps, research, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a technical resource defining non-functional requirements like security and performance.
• Collaborate to improve service reliability and operational best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
• Support integrations and automation using APIs and connectors.
• Evaluate processes to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes.
• Participate in production support, change management, and deployments.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers to foster collaboration.
