Qualifikationen

• Formal education in UX Design, HCD, Design, HCI or related field.
• 5+ years of UX experience with agile product teams, B2B/search focus preferred.
• Experience leading complex initiatives from discovery to delivery.
• Strong understanding of UX design, IA, usability best practices.
• Familiar with WCAG 2.1 AA and inclusive design.

• Lead UX strategy and design for Search and Guidance on Grainger.com.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, ML, Analytics, Merchandising to align goals.
• Translate complex requirements into elegant, scalable experiences.
• Apply systems thinking across products and journeys.
• Incorporate user research, analytics, and usability testing in design decisions.
• Deliver high-fidelity designs, prototypes, flows, and specifications.
• Balance user needs with technical/business constraints for CDS/CD
• Evolve Grainger’s design system and ensure accessibility and scalability.
• Communicate rationale, influence stakeholders, and lead critiques.
