Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience analyzing business and personal financial statements
- 5+ years underwriting commercial loans including CRE
- Experience making or recommending credit decisions on transactions > $10 million
- Knowledge of CRE financing, loan documents, lending laws and portfolio monitoring
Responsibilities
- Underwrite new commercial loan requests and perform periodic reviews
- Create credit underwriting memos analyzing credit requests, borrower, financials, collateral and compliance
- Analyze and document loan modification requests
- Present credit decisions to credit administration/credit committee
- Assess risk ratings and assist with portfolio management and monitoring
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients
- Assist in training and mentoring less experienced credit team members
