Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education considered.
• Candidate may travel up to 10%.
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions is highly preferred.
• Real estate license is required.
• Working knowledge of lease agreements and amendments.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills for financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, recommend, and execute transaction strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties.
• Develop real estate plans aligned with client goals.
• Coordinate lease renewals, new site acquisitions, and disposition of surplus space.
• Act as landlord/seller and tenant/buyer agent; review terms for various CRE products.
• Negotiate leases, amendments, and track expirations; coordinate with field brokers.
• Secure properties to meet client requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams; track activity and prepare forecasts and accounts.
• Contribute to new products, processes, and standards;
• Review RFPs, LOIs, and brokers' value opinions.
• Present cash flow projections, NPV, and IRR to clients.
• Explain complex information; coach others; model CBRE values.
