Job summary

Onity Group Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Manager, Commercial Servicing to oversee a portfolio of commercial real estate loans. This role collaborates with analysts and internal teams to ensure timely responses, investor satisfaction, and compliant servicing.

You will act as the primary point of contact for borrowers and investors, review loan documents, monitor delinquencies, and drive resolution strategies while adhering to investor guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of loan servicing experience or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain frequent contact with borrowers and investors as the primary contact for account status.
• Monitor delinquent loans and assist with resolution actions to reduce delinquencies.
• Review loan documents, compliance, and quality control per investor guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments to manage assets and respond to borrower requests.
