IDB Bank NY is seeking a senior CRE lending leader in New York to drive loan origination, underwriting and client relationship development for commercial real estate. You will coordinate with risk, compliance and operations to finalize loan approvals and closings.

The role demands deep CRE experience, strong analytical skills and a track record of delivering loan solutions for diverse properties, including collateral analysis and negotiation.

Formación

• 10–15 years commercial real estate lending experience.
• Experience with financing term, bridge, line and rehab construction opportunities secured by CRE.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Rims and Fiserv.

Responsabilidades

• Source new customer relationships and opportunities (loans, deposits, cross-sell services).
• Analyze loan opportunities including collateral property financial modeling and sponsor evaluation.
• Oversee underwriting and loan modifications, prepare memos and loan packages for Credit Committee.
