Job summary

IDB Bank in New York is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager for Commercial Real Estate to be the primary relationship owner for assigned CRE clients. You will drive growth by delivering integrated banking solutions and coordinating with product and coverage teams across the client lifecycle.

Expect to identify high-potential prospects, originate new relationships, and lead deal structuring and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue high-potential prospects aligned with growth priorities.
• Originates new client relationships through warm leads, referrals, and market engagement.
• Own the client relationship across the lifecycle.
• Coordinate product and coverage partners to meet client needs.
• Develop client account plans with growth, renewals, and deepening opportunities.
• Assess portfolios for cross-sell across loans, deposits, and treasury.
• Identify lifecycle events creating banking opportunities.
• Lead credit renewals and modifications, including structuring, pricing, and negotiation.
• Coordinate internal deal teams for disciplined execution and timely closing.
