Job summary

Flagstar is seeking a Relationship Administrator Sr-Commercial Real Estate in Hicksville, NY to support Group Managers, Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers, ensuring high-quality client service in loan closings and issue resolution.

You will coordinate with internal partners, manage reporting on portfolio metrics and pipeline, and handle post-closing activities to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial lending processing/closing experience.
• Experience with commercial lending documentation and compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with RMs, PMs and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Administers tasks that support the commercial sales process and coordinates loan closings.
• Coordinates department activities with internal bank partners and ensures policy compliance.
• Assists RMs and PMs with loan closing activities and stakeholder communications.
• Maintains key reports: portfolio metrics, projections, pipeline validation.
• Resolves issues from portfolio management, including past dues mitigation.
• Manages exception tracking, statements, insurance updates, and document follow-up.
• Addresses client questions and supports post-closing client experience.
• Uses independent judgement to make decisions and solve problems.
