Job summary

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years commercial real estate loan/banking experience.
• Paralegal experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review complex multi-family, commercial and construction loan files prior to closing.
• Be the lead closing contact for internal teams and legal.
• Review closing documentation for compliance with policies and terms.
• Prepare closing summaries and coordinate with Closing Counsel & Loan Operations.
• Manage a portfolio of loan closings and ensure timely funding.
