Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in commercial lending relationships or sales.
• 5+ years of experience with commercial lending credit.

Responsibilities

• New business origination: develops and maintains relationships to generate deal flow; coordinates team approach to closing new deals.
• Relationship management: works with portfolio managers and sponsors to expand relationships.
• Strategic planning: partners with management to create action plans and forecast results.
• Credit quality: monitor credit quality and ensure compliance with reporting and actions.
• Maintains knowledge: stay abreast of industry trends affecting the portfolio.
• Uses independent judgement to make decisions and handle special projects.
• Adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and trainings.
