Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking an experienced Market Real Estate (MRE) Relationship Manager in Atlanta to originate and grow middle-market real estate client relationships. You will cross-sell bank products through partnerships with product and credit teams, guiding complex transactions from origination to close.

The role requires senior CRE banking experience, strategic market development, and the ability to manage multiple engagements with high-value clients across the Atlanta region.

Qualifications

• 12 years of commercial real estate banking experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Originates new business through new and existing client relationships
• Leverages industry contacts and deal experience to identify opportunities
• Creates and manages strategic, long-term relationships with client decision makers
• Participates in client meetings, client planning sessions and product partner meetings
• Guides transaction processes from initial engagement through final close, including deal structure and financial modeling
• Develops and executes market growth strategies for targeted real estate segments and geographies
