Regions Bank in Atlanta, GA seeks a Market Manager for Real Estate Banking Income Property Finance to lead a small team of Relationship Managers, drive new business, structure transactions, and manage portfolios across GA, NC, SC. This Player-Coach role requires local CRE expertise, strong credit judgement, and the ability to mentor juniors while originating deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and seven (7) years in commercial lending, real estate finance, or relationship management
• Or High School Diploma or GED and eleven (11) years of relevant banking experience
• Proven CRE full-cycle transaction and deal execution across multiple asset classes

Responsibilities

• Leads a small team of Relationship Managers; communicates goals and initiatives
• Originate loans, deposits, and fee income toward annual revenue goals
• Manage deal execution and portfolio monitoring
• Structure moderate to complex deals; coordinate underwriting
• Drive cross‑selling with internal partners to grow wallet share
• Balance client needs with credit standards and profitability; ensure regulatory adherence
• Monitor early warning indicators and support remediation and market reporting
• Support staffing, onboarding, and performance feedback with senior leadership
