Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a senior professional to lead development and execution of resolution strategies for large, complex Commercial Real Estate problem loans. You will negotiate repayment terms and monitor compliance, while coordinating workout strategies with lenders and stakeholders.

You will present risk assessments to Senior Management and mentor junior workout professionals, maintaining current knowledge of insolvency and creditor remedies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Ten to fifteen years of experience in commercial lending and loan services.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of resolution strategies for large, complex CRE problem loans.
• Negotiate repayment agreements with borrowers and monitor compliance.
• Manage bilateral and syndicated credits; coordinate workout strategies with lenders and stakeholders.
• Present credits, risk assessments, and action plans to Senior Management.
• Mentor junior workout professionals; stay current on insolvency and creditor laws.
