Job summary

U.S. Bank in Atlanta seeks an experienced Senior Commercial Real Estate Workout professional to lead resolution strategies for large, complex CRE problem loans.

You will negotiate repayment terms, manage bilateral and syndicated facilities, and coordinate workouts with lenders and borrowers. The role requires deep knowledge of insolvency, bankruptcy and creditor remedies, mentoring junior staff, and presenting risk assessments to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; Master degree preferred.
• Ten to fifteen years of experience in commercial lending and loan services activities

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of resolution strategies for large, complex CRE problem loans.
• Negotiate repayment agreements with borrowers and monitor compliance.
• Manage bilateral and syndicated credits; coordinate workout strategies with lenders and borrowers.
• Present complex credits and risk assessments to Senior Management.
• Mentor junior workout professionals.
• Maintain knowledge of insolvency, bankruptcy, and creditor remedies.
