Job summary

PNC is seeking a Loan Support Analyst Senior to join its Covenant Administration team within the Midland footprint. The role emphasizes covenant monitoring, testing, and accurate loan servicing for commercial real estate loans, with high attention to detail and effective communication with borrowers.

The position requires a foundational knowledge of loan documents and financial analysis, plus strong time management and organizational skills.

Qualifications

University/college degree required with < 1 year of professional experience.
Experience reading loan documents and analyzing financial statements preferred.
Strong communication, time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Applies specialty product knowledge to the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans with elevated borrower relationships and/or complexity to include increased communication and autonomy.
Supports the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, ensuring compliance with loan documents, accurate processing of transactions and timely reporting to stakeholders.
Resolves non-compliant issues through written and verbal communication with internal and external parties; may review payments, escrows and reserves; may assist in periodic reporting and covenant compliance testing.
Reviews reports to identify exceptions, ensure quality and contribute to risk mitigation efforts; may serve as a subject matter resource and provide specialty training.
