Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a senior loan servicing analyst for a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, including CMBS, balance sheet and agency loans.
• Ensures compliance with loan documentation, processes transactions accurately, and reports timely to stakeholders.
• Analyzes complex loan agreements to apply terms in servicing activities and supports tax/insurance administration.
