You will communicate required documents to borrowers, address questions, and handle challenging conversations while maintaining strong borrower relationships.

The role emphasizes in-office collaboration, compliance with loan agreements, and support for financing activities across CMBS, balance sheet, and agency loans.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
• Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Applies specialty product knowledge to the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans with elevated borrower relationships and/or complexity to include increased communication and autonomy.
• Supports the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, ensuring compliance with loan document, accurate processing of transactions and timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Resolves non-compliant issues through written and verbal communication with both internal and external parties. May review and process loan payments, escrows and reserve account disbursements.
• Reviews reports to identify exceptions, ensure quality and contribute to risk mitigation efforts.
