• 7+ years of commercial lending experience including portfolio management and business development.
• Formal credit analysis training preferred.
• Proven ability to maximize loan production and cross-sell banking products.

Responsabilités

• Manage the commercial loan portfolio and primary client contact for assigned accounts.
• Develop long-term, profitable client relationships and source new opportunities.
• Originate and structure commercial loans, including terms, repayment, and collateral.
