Job summary

New Edge Associates seeks a CRE Relationship Manager IV in West Palm Beach to drive loan production, deposits, and client expansion. You will manage the full relationship lifecycle from sourcing and structuring to closing complex CRE transactions, leveraging local market ties and deep underwriting expertise.

The role requires 10+ years in CRE lending, MBA or related master's degree, and strong leadership along with NMLS registration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
MBA or master's degree in commercial real estate investment, finance, or related field required.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, credit portfolio management, financial analysis, and structuring CRE credit transactions within the local market.
Formal credit training required.
Extensive knowledge of the local commercial real estate market and industry.
Advanced CRE credit analysis, financial statement analysis, construction lending, and credit structuring skills.
Proven track record of generating CRE loans, deposits, and expanding client relationships.
Experience structuring and negotiating complex CRE transactions and loan documentation.
Strong understanding of interest rate swaps, hedging instruments, loan participations, and syndicated lending.
Experience presenting credit requests to loan committees and senior management.
Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Must be registered with NMLS or willing to register before offer.
Must pass FBI background and credit checks before offer.

Responsibilities

Develop new business and expand existing client Relationships to achieve loan production and cross-sell goals.
Identify client financial needs and recommend lending, deposits, and other products.
Source and network through COIs and local organizations to generate opportunities.
Maintain and deepen CRE client relationships to maximize share of wallet.
Structure, negotiate, and close complex CRE transactions including land, construction, bridge, and permanent financing.
Coordinate loan structuring with internal teams and legal counsel as lead.
Apply CRE underwriting knowledge to assess borrower financials, collateral, and risk.
Monitor portfolio quality and ensure policy compliance and risk controls.
Present credit requests to Loan Committee and senior management.
