Qualifikationen

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 10-15 years in lending, primarily CRE lending, with knowledge of policies and mortgage lending.
• Skills: CRE markets, valuation, financial analysis; negotiation and relationship-building; financial modeling; regulatory knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Oversee CRE loan portfolio in compliance with credit policies and regulations.
• Originate loans by building relationships with developers, investors, and property owners.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis, risk assessments, and due diligence for CRE loan applications.
• Manage a portfolio of loan relationships and counsel customers on loan management and opportunities.
• Stay informed on CRE market trends and mitigate credit and operational risks.
• Coordinate with leadership and manage loan and deposit-related activities.
• Prepare reports on portfolio performance and market conditions.
