You will combine advanced credit judgment with full‑service financial solutions, guiding borrowers and coordinating across credit, legal, operations, and partners.

You’ll drive high-value relationships, structure sound solutions, and mentor lenders while shaping lending strategy

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively responsible CRE lending experience.
• Strong ability to evaluate borrower financial condition and collateral.
• Experience presenting large credit requests to senior authorities or loan committee.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex CRE opportunities from opportunity to closing and ongoing portfolio management.
• Build and expand high-value relationships through disciplined business development and collaboration with internal partners.
• Monitor portfolios for performance, covenant compliance, and credit risks while mentoring lenders and contributing to strategy.
