Job summary

Truliant Federal Credit Union is seeking a Business Services Officer III in Charlotte, NC to lead sophisticated commercial real estate relationships from opportunity through closing and portfolio management.

You will structure sound solutions, grow profitable relationships, and collaborate with credit, legal, operations and internal partners while mentoring lenders and shaping lending strategy.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively responsible commercial real estate lending experience, including financial statement and collateral analysis.
• Demonstrated experience serving as a senior resource or mentor to other lenders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex CRE opportunities from initial opportunity through closing and portfolio management.
• Build and expand high‑value relationships through disciplined business development and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Monitor portfolios for performance, covenant compliance, and emerging credit concerns while mentoring lenders.
