Job summary

Cocca Development, Ltd. is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Manager to grow and strengthen our national retail portfolio. You will lead leasing strategies, build relationships with national retailers and brokers, and drive opportunities from outreach to lease proposals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial real estate leasing, retail development, or tenant representation.
• Existing relationships with national retailers and CRE brokers preferred.
• Strong understanding of retail site selection, demographics, and market analysis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with ownership on leasing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop leasing strategies for our retail portfolio.
• Prospect and contact national and regional retailers, brokers, and tenant representatives daily.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers, and commercial brokers.
• Identify retailers that fit each property and actively pursue leasing opportunities.
• Coordinate site tours, negotiations, and lease proposals with ownership.
• Track prospects and maintain an active leasing pipeline.
• Travel periodically to visit properties and attend industry events.
