Bridge33 Capital, a private equity real estate company, seeks a Senior Vice President of Leasing to lead leasing strategies across its national portfolio from Chicago. The role partners with Asset Management to maximize occupancy and NOI, driving value for investors.

The ideal candidate has 8–12+ years of sophisticated CRE leasing experience, a proven record with national retailers, and strong Excel-based financial analysis. MBA or Real Estate degree is a plus; AI tools familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

8–12+ years of sophisticated commercial real estate leasing experience, focused on retail assets.
Proven history of closing deals with major national and regional retail tenants.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for underwriting lease economics and returns.
Expert understanding of retail lease language, covenants and structures.
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Admin or related field; MBA/MS a plus.
Passion for managing and developing a high-performing team.
Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Head of Leasing, managing leasing professionals across a national platform in 25 states.
Develop and implement asset-specific leasing strategies to drive NOI and investor returns across US portfolio.
Source new prospects via national retailers, brokers, and tenant reps for anchor, junior anchor and inline leases.
Recruit, mentor, and manage internal leasing team; set performance metrics and coach on complex deal structuring.
Manage third-party leasing broker teams with clear performance metrics and timelines.
Oversee underwriting and final negotiation of complex retail leases and covenants.
Partner with Asset Management to align leasing with property business plans.
Assist Investments during due diligence by validating market rents and tenant credit.
Review lease economics and present to Investment team for approval.
Report to EVP of Real Estate Operations and Strategy to meet investor returns.
