POP MART is seeking a highly organized Senior Manager, Real Estate to drive the expansion of retail stores and ROBO SHOP vending machines across the United States. The role requires deep U.S.

market knowledge, strong landlord relationships, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You will own site selection, lease negotiations, and cross-functional coordination from prospecting through openings, ensuring on-time, on-budget launches and robust project

Qualifications

• 8+ years in commercial real estate with focus on retail site selection and leasing.
• Proven track record managing a high-volume pipeline from prospecting to lease execution.
• Strong negotiation, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end site identification and evaluation for new stores and ROBO SHOP locations across the U.S.
• Lead lease negotiations, LOIs, and contract modifications with landlords and legal teams.
• Coordinate with Construction, Operations, Finance, and Merchandising to ensure pre-opening activities are on schedule.
• Manage timelines, milestones, and post-opening reviews with complete documentation.
