Job summary

DLC Management Corp. is seeking a VP of Leasing to oversee a strategic leasing plan across a portfolio of open-air retail centers. You will lead leasing strategy, analyze market data, and build strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and internal teams to drive occupancy and value.

The role requires 5–10 years of leasing experience, a proven track record with national retailers, and strong MS Office skills. Hybrid work model and extensive development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of leasing experience in retail.
• Extensive knowledge of retail leasing process, LOI and lease terminology.
• Proven track record negotiating leases with national retailers.
• Understanding of the entire retail leasing process.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategy for properties in DLC’s portfolio.
• Identify market trends and use data to inform leasing decisions.
• Negotiate LOIs and lease terms for deals.
• Coordinate with Legal and internal teams to draft and execute leases.
• Manage property-level annual leasing budgets and pricing strategies.
• Attend weekly property acquisition calls and participate in due diligence interviews.
