Top performers are earning 300K-1M+ annually. We provide the tools, deal flow, and support to help you scale a multimillion dollar brokerage business, with national inventory access and mentorship from managing directors and senior producers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial real estate or investment sales.
• Licensed real estate agent or actively pursuing licensing.
• Strong closing ability and track record.
• Proficient with CRM systems and financial analysis.
• Team-oriented, coachable and consistent.

Responsibilities

• Drive lead generation and nurture investor relationships.
• Oversee full deal pipeline from listings to closings.
• Collaborate with marketing to bring deals to market.
• Produce BOVs, comps, and investment opportunities.
• Own key accounts within product specialization.
