Job summary

Sands Investment Group (SIG) is seeking a Junior Commercial Real Estate Advisor to support senior brokers and drive deals in a fast-growing CRE environment. The role emphasizes prospecting, cold outreach, and CRM maintenance as you learn the full CRE investment sales process.

You will participate in a structured 12-week training program, receive mentorship, and have access to market data and active inventory across the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be motivated by 100% commission and driven to succeed.
• Extremely coachable, highly motivated, and fiercely competitive.
• Hold a Real Estate license or able to obtain one.
• Prior prospecting/cold outreach experience or willingness to learn.
• Passionate about Commercial Real Estate and/or Investment Sales.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior brokers to drive deals to completion.
• Execute a personalized business plan in commercial real estate.
• Research inventory and contact/pitch properties to buyers.
• Gain hands-on experience in the full CRE sales cycle.
• Use CRM and databases to find owners, research competitors, identify leads.
• Maintain company CRM/shared database and participate in meetings.
• Join team huddles, pipeline reviews, and training sessions.
• Participate in the 12-week training program and retreats.
