Sands Investment Group (SIG) is seeking a high-performing VP Commercial Real Estate Advisor to join our Dallas team. This is a 100% commission-based role designed for entrepreneurial professionals who want to scale a multimillion-dollar brokerage business.

Top performers are earning 300K-1M+ annually, with tools, deal flow, and full marketing support provided to accelerate growth. You'll drive lead generation, manage relationships, and close complex CRE transactions.

Qualifications

• Licensed Real Estate Agent or actively pursuing licensing.
• Proven closer, with ability to handle high-value CRE transactions.
• Comfortable with CRM systems and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Drive lead generation and manage relationships with investors and property owners.
• Oversee full deal pipeline: listings, marketing, negotiations, LOIs, PSAs, due diligence and closings.
• Produce BOVs, pull comps, and pitch opportunities.
• Own key accounts and client relationships within your product specialization.
