Job summary
Truist is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support Servicing and Asset Management in monitoring and ensuring compliance of insurance for a portfolio of commercial loans. You will review policies, coordinate documentation, and communicate with lenders, borrowers, and insurers to resolve discrepancies.
The role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of loan documents, and ability to work with teams to ensure timely insurance-related activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Property insurance.
- Ability to read/interpret various commercial property policies.
- Experience with insurance compliance and government regulations.
- Ability to review loan documents and third-party reports.
Responsibilities
- Monitor insurance renewals and ensure timely receipt of coverage documentation.
- Review policies for compliance with loan documents and regulations.
- Analyze waivers for feasibility and risk, with justification.
- Monitor force placed insurance processes and escalate non-compliance.
- Advise on casualty losses and coverage requirements.
- Assist with insurance activities for new loans and significant events.
- Serve as subject matter expert on insurance for internal teams.
